My therapy room is located in Hove, East Sussex, between Boundary Road and Wish Park.

It's a ten-minute walk from Portslade train station where there are direct links from Brighton, Shoreham and London.

Buses 1, 49, 6 and 700 stop a short walk away (St. Keyna Ave stop).

There is free on-street parking available, except between 11am - 12 noon, and 6pm - 7pm when there are restrictions. However, you can park on the seafront road, alongside the surf shop and opposite the M&S garage, during these hours at no cost; this is a two minute walk from the therapy room.
